Case study: Business change and socio-technical systems thinking in a tech start-up
Background
A start-up company released an MVP that lacked a clear product strategy with an immature understanding of agile product development. The ways of working were not clearly defined. Another key stakeholders were sceptical to these methodologies and at first, did not see much value in research. There was no budget for research and other product team members such as a UX or content designer
Advantages
