Case study: COVID-19 and its impact on employees wellbeing
Background
A major railway recruiter tasked me to study newly imposed work-from-home rule and its impact on employees’ wellbeing so this research could be used in a new marketing initiative.
Impact
The survey findings were printed in the biggest UK rail journal with 20k+ monthly readers.
Objectives
- understand perceptions of lockdown and its impact on day-to-day working life,
- understand the differences of impact between groups (e.g. managerial roles versus key worker),
- understand challenges and identify opportunities on how to support different employee groups.
